Every track in the Dymensions Music Library is made by us, for our students. Here's how to use it in tutorials, on your own, and in private lessons where you and your teacher stay perfectly in sync.
We Make Our Own Music
Here's something a lot of people don't know about Dymensions: we make all of our own music. Every beat, every bounce, every track you hear in our classes was created by us, for you.
Why go to all that trouble? Because music made for dancers just hits different. When we build a track, we're thinking about the combo it's going with. The tempo, the accents, the drops, the spaces where you get to breathe. Hip hop, R&B, pop, house, ballet, cutting shapes and more. Every song is made to suit our students and the way they learn.
And all of it lives in one place: the Music Library.
The Music Is in Every Tutorial
Every tutorial on Dymensions comes with the original music for each combo as its own separate clip, right at the bottom of the lesson.
That means you're never stuck searching for "that one song from class." It's right there, waiting for you.
Pause the Lesson, Play the Song
This is where it gets fun. Learning a combo and want to run it for real? Pause the tutorial and play the song on its own.
No talking over the music. No counting in your ear. Just you and the track, the way you'd dance it on stage or in a cypher. Run it once, run it ten times, then jump back into the lesson when you're ready for the next section. It's the perfect way to go from "I kind of know it" to "I OWN this."
Private Lessons, Perfectly in Sync
Now for our favorite part.
If you take private lessons with us, you and your teacher can each play the music from your own end, from home. You each set your own volume, so it sounds just right in your space. And the music plays at exactly the same tempo and speed on both sides.
What does that mean for you? You and your teacher are dancing in sync, even from miles apart. No lag. No one counting to catch up. No "wait, start it again." When your teacher hits the beat, you hit the beat, together.
It makes a private online lesson feel like you're in the same room.
